A great time on the Hanson Street sledding hill!
This free event is for all ages! Join the community at the Whitehall social district at the top of the sledding hill for winter fun, social sips, two food vendors (hotdogs by the snow farmers and single charcuterie by Art of Cookery), music, free hot cocoa. There's a big firepit lit. This also serves as a kick-off for the 2024 Winter Wanderland weekend activities.
The ACWL-Nuveen will be staying open until 7:00pm to serve as a 'warming station' for Starry Night in Wanderland on Friday, February 2. Stop by to warm up, check out the current exhibit - Rhythm & Power: The Art of Scott Rosema - and color a comic-book inspired coloring page!

Busy Bee Cafe is hosting this fun event!
Kids of all ages (divisions by age, including adults) can get creative and make a snow sculpture. It can be as simple as a snow man or an elaborate castle and everything in-between.
This event will occur even if no snow. In the event of no snow the participants will be creating a sculpture out of organic items like gourds, straw bales, sticks, etc.
Judging at 3:45 pm by Busy Bee, followed by prizes!

This event is crafted to encourage participants of all ages to wander the downtowns of Montague and Whitehall to discover all of the wonderful businesses and art there; and to savor the flavor of the area.

The concept of this is to create a fun afternoon that doesn’t break the bank while allowing participants to discover some neat features of the downtown White Lake Area.
